ABOUT US

Her Contour & Wellness | Rest & Reset Lounge Her Contour & Wellness is a women-focused wellness studio offering non-medical, non-invasive body contouring and restorative wellness experiences in a peaceful, Christ-centered environment. Our services are designed around body confidence, rest, comfort, and whole-woman wellness, with experiences that may include personalized cosmetic contour support, compression wellness, red light wellness, sauna experiences, and restorative Rest & Reset sessions. We believe wellness should feel personal, welcoming, and unrushed. Our goal is to provide women with a peaceful space to pause, care for themselves, and feel supported in an environment grounded in compassion, integrity, and faith. Her Contour & Wellness provides non-medical wellness and cosmetic services only. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and do not replace medical care. Results and individual experiences vary. Medical weight-loss services, including medical evaluation and prescribing when appropriate, are provided separately by licensed medical professionals through Asher Medical. Her Contour & Wellness does not diagnose, prescribe medication, or determine medical eligibility. Start Here: Choose a New Client Body Contouring Experience or Wellness Consultation to begin.
